I can see a direct debit on my bank statement. However on the app the loan shows it is overdue.
Repayment transfers are typically cleared within 2 business days and will display as “overdue” in the app until processing is complete. Clearance usually occurs overnight on the transfer date or, at the latest, the following night.
Once your repayment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation. This update will be reflected in the app and restore your ability to withdraw.
