PAYLAB MAY CAMPAIGN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The Paylab May Campaign 2026 (“Campaign”) runs from 8 May 2026, 9 AM AEST to 22 May 2026, 11:59 PM AEST unless otherwise stated.
  2. Paylab reserves the right to amend, extend, pause or withdraw the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
  3. Free Users - 50% Off premium
    1. The 50% off Premium offer is available only to eligible users who have never previously subscribed to a Paylab membership.
    2. Eligible users must apply the promo code PAYLAB50 during checkout to redeem the offer.
    3. The promo code is valid only during the Campaign period and expires on 22 May 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST.
    4. The promo code is single-use only and cannot be reused once redeemed.
    5. The offer applies only to Paylab Premium membership and cannot be used for Club membership.
    6. Users who previously subscribed to Premium or Club membership, including users who cancelled or downgraded memberships, are not eligible for the offer.
    7. The discount applies only to the first month of Premium membership.
    8. After the discounted period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard Premium membership price unless cancelled by the user prior to renewal.
    9. The offer cannot be combined with any other membership discount, coupon or promotional offer unless otherwise stated.
  4. Club Users - 1 Month Free Trial of Premium
    1. The 1 month free Premium trial is available only to eligible paid Club members.
    2. Users currently on the Club 7-day free trial are not eligible for this offer.
    3. Eligible users will be upgraded to Premium membership by Paylab automatically.
    4. No action is required from eligible users to receive the offer.
    5. Premium upgrades will be processed within approximately 1 business day during the Campaign period.
    6. Club users upgraded under this offer will receive a 1 month free trial of Premium membership.
    7. After the 1 month Premium trial ends, users will automatically revert to their existing paid Club membership. (without Club 7-day free trial)
    8. Standard Club membership fees will continue to apply once the Premium trial period concludes.
    9. Users may cancel, upgrade or downgrade their membership at any time in accordance with Paylab’s standard membership terms.
  5. Premium Users - Spend $300 and Get $15 Bonus Rewards
    1. The Spend & Earn promotion is available only to active, fully paid Premium members during the Campaign period.
    2. Eligible users must spend a cumulative total of $300 or more on eligible purchases through the Paylab platform during the Campaign period.
    3. Eligible spend is calculated based on completed and successful transactions only.
    4. Cancelled, refunded, reversed or failed transactions will not count toward the spend threshold.
    5. Eligible users who meet the spend requirement will receive $15 bonus rewards.
    6. Bonus rewards will be credited to eligible users after the Campaign period within 3 business days after the campaign period.
    7. Users on free trials, discounted memberships or promotional upgrades (including Club-to-Premium trials or coupon-based subscriptions) are not eligible for this promotion.
  6. Paylab reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotional offers, including excluding users on trial or promotional plans. 
  7. All offers are subject to Paylab account eligibility and compliance with Paylab membership terms.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  9. Paylab reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse of promotions or any behaviour deemed inconsistent with the intent of the Campaign.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
