Paylab June Jackpot - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

   These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Paylab June Jackpot" Promotion("Promotion"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

   This Promotion is only open to individual users of the Paylab app who have signed up directly. (not via an employer or business account)

   The “June Jackpot” promotion is a limited-time campaign run by Paylab to reward eligible individual users with a chance to win a $50 eGift Card. Every eligible gift card purchase made through the Paylab App during the promotional period will automatically qualify the user for one entry into that week's draw.
   
   

2. Promotion Period

   The promotion will run from Tuesday, 10 June 2025 at Tuesday 6 am AEST to Monday 7 July 2025 at 9 pm AEST. 

   The campaign is split into four weekly draw periods, each running from Tuesday 6 am AEST to the following Monday 9 pm AEST:

   • Week 1: 10 June – 16 June
   • Week 2: 17 June – 23 June
   • Week 3: 24 June – 30 June
   • Week 4: 1 July – 7 July

   
   

3. How to Enter

   • To enter, users must purchase any eGift Card through the Paylab App during the promotional period
   • There is no minimum purchase amount required for entry.
   • Each eligible purchase grants one entry into that week’s draw
   • Users may enter multiple times (multiple weeks) by making additional eligible gift card purchases every week across the promotion period. Each purchase counts as a new entry for that week only. 
   • Every single gift card purchase counts as an individual entry. Users can increase their chance of winning by doing more than one eGift purchase on Paylab.
   • Entries do not roll over to subsequent weeks
     

      

4. Prize Details

   • 5 different winners will be randomly drawn each week (total of 20 winners across the promotion)
   • Each winner will receive a $50 eGift card of their choice from Paylab’s available gift card catalogue
   • Winners will be notified via email or in-app notification
   • Prizes will be fulfilled within 10 business days of weekly draw completion end date (after July 7th, 2025)

    

5. General Conditions

   • This promotion is run by Paylab Pty Ltd
   • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
   • Paylab reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants.
   • Paylab reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or in breach of the app’s terms of use
   • Paylab reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice.
   • These Terms are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the Paylab website.
