RentPay Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

   These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Paylab $10 Bonus Rewards Promotion ("Promotion"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

   This Promotion is ONLY open to RentPay users of the Paylab app who have signed up through RentPay. 

   Under this Promotion, eligible Paylab users who take a Paylab Advance™ of $200 or more and spend $100 or more on an eGift via the Paylab app during the promotional period mentioned in Point 2 will receive a $10 Bonus Reward, subject to successful repayment of the Advance on time.
   
   

2. Promotion Period

   This Promotion runs from:

   Start: 9:00 AM AEST, Wednesday 20 May 2025
   End: 9:00 PM AEST, Saturday 31 May 2025

   Only Paylab Advances and eGift card purchases made within this period are eligible.
   
   

3. Eligibility Criteria

   To qualify for the Bonus Reward, participants must meet all of the following conditions:

   • Be a registered user of the Paylab platform.

   • Take a Paylab Advance™ of $200 or more during the Promotional period mentioned in point 2.

   • Purchase an eGift card worth $100 or more via the Paylab Rewards section during the Promotional period mentioned in point 2.

   • Repay the Paylab Advance™ on or before time and in full (i.e. the loan must not go into arrears)

   • Each user is only eligible for one $10 Bonus Reward during the promotion period, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions.
     
     

4. Bonus Rewards Details

   The $10 Bonus Reward will be credited in Paylab Rewards to the eligible user’s Paylab account within 10 business days after 31 May 2025.

   Paylab Rewards can be redeemed towards future purchases of eGift cards on the Paylab platform.

   The Bonus Reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   In the event of loan delinquency, late repayment, or cancellation, users will not be eligible for the Bonus Reward.
   
   

5. Advance Fees

   A $5 Advance application fee applies to all Paylab Advances. This fee will be refunded in Paylab Rewards once the Advance is fully repaid on time.
   
   

6. Additional Promotions during May

   A. Winter Essentials Week (9 AM 21 May 2025 AEST - 9 PM 28 May 2025 AEST)

   Stock up for the season with great savings:

   • Doordash - Earn 5% rewards

   • Kathmandu - Earn 7% rewards

   • David Jones - Earn 5% rewards
     
     

   During these promotional windows, users can combine these bonus retailer rewards with the $10 Bonus Reward (if eligibility criteria are met), unlocking even more value.
   
   

7. General Conditions

   • Paylab reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants.

   • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Promotion may result in disqualification.

   • Paylab reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice.

   • These Terms are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the Paylab website.
